When uploading your mod, please choose the correct category to keep things organised. If you want to upload files larger then 3 MegaBytes, this can only be done by the administrator. (Contact the admins and we'll sort things out). Soon this function will be upgraded to larger files, and a public ftp dropbox will be created for very large files. 

Other Fallout 3 related stuff like screenshot packs, additional documentation for certain mods,  movies, tunes .. anything as long as its related to the game and it doesn't fit the other download categories
